He has over 20 years of experience in business, information technology and telecommunications, holding high-rank positions with major consulting, computer technology and telecommunication companies such as LDDS Communications, MCI Worldcom, Corporate Express, RR Donnelley, Velocity Express and many others. Jose has performed major software developments and data center consulting engagements including data center migrations, disaster recovery, relocations, SEO, E-Commerce, Web and software assessments. Together with his development team Jose is the main architect of our PHP framework, defining most of the internal structures and user interface components using his expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company has gained numerous and impressive list of satisfied clients who have benefited from engaging Jose to solve their most complex application modernization problems.

He has worked on PitBullTax since the creation. In addition to PitBullTax Software you can find his distinctive footprint in many logistics companies worldwide utilizing his extensive knowledge in wireless and GPS technology. Jose is a skilled Software and Web developer with JAVA, JSP, PHP, .ASP.NET, C#, C++, VB, XML, W-CE, Multi-tier-MySql-Apache-Linux (LAMP), MVC Frameworks (Zend, Symphony, CakePHP), SVN, AJAX, Cluster Systems, X-Windows, Web Services (SOAP, RPC, RSS, JSON), Cloud Computing (Amazon web services S3, E2) background. Jose's experience in web development, web design and e-commerce as well as maintenance of sophisticated internet applications helps PitBullTax to provide trouble-free technological solutions and applications to our customers. He enjoys tennis, surfing and wakeboarding.

Irina N Bobrova is the Chief Executive Officer of PitBullTax Software, where she spearheads the company’s strategic vision and oversees the development of innovative Tax Resolution software solutions. As a key driving force behind PitBullTax since its inception, Irina has been instrumental in shaping the product’s design and functionality, ensuring it meets the unique needs of Tax Resolution professionals.

In addition to her executive role, Irina serves as a lead instructor and mentor at the PitBullTax Institute, the company’s educational division. She provides expert guidance to Tax Resolution professionals nationwide, helping them build and manage successful cases. A seasoned educator, Irina has delivered numerous live webinars and presentations, sharing her expertise through CPE courses for organizations such as the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS), CPA Academy, and the Broward Chapter of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA).

Irina holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University and is an Enrolled Agent (EA), Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), and NTPI Fellow. Her extensive background in Tax Resolution and software development is complemented by her prior experience in the banking industry, specializing in SWIFT and international credit card processes.

As CEO, Irina oversees all aspects of PitBullTax Software, including Product Development, Sales, Affiliate Marketing, and Customer Service. Her meticulous attention to detail and passion for innovation ensure PitBullTax continues to deliver exceptional solutions and empowers Tax Resolution experts nationwide to achieve success.

Larry has worked and consulted on literally thousands of IRS tax resolution cases in his career. He is a frequent public speaker, a writer on professional topics, and a regular trainer of tax professionals nationwide. He has been a NY CPA since 1973 and is the managing partner of Lawler & Witkowski, CPAs, PC, the firm he established in 1973.

LG has been in the field of taxation for more than 29 years and has been in practice full time since 1990. He has been one of the nations top tax resolution instructors for over a decade. LG currently manages the Dallas Office of Lawler & Witkowski CPAs. LG received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop College at Dallas, Texas in 1977.

Eddie Cuadra started his career in 1984 as a tax preparer after taking over his father's business. In 1996, he became an enrolled agent with the IRS. Throughout his career, he has specialized in corporate, LLC, and individual tax preparation. He also has experience in tax resolution such as offerings, audits, and payment plans. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he has become a recognized instructor in the tax preparation community. Eddie is passionate about his work and enjoys teaching others about this great business.

Adrián Orozco is a Mechatronics Engineer with a strong passion for Software Design, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. After earning his degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2024, he pursued his interest in AI and is now studying for a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at the Universidade da Coruña in Spain. Since joining PitBullTax Software in 2017, Adrián has been a key contributor to the development team, excelling in debugging, designing, and testing software modules, while also helping customers integrate APIs with ease.

As an experienced speaker, Adrián enjoys sharing his knowledge about technology and innovation at workshops and conferences. He is deeply committed to making technology intuitive, accessible, and ethical for everyone. When he’s not working, Adrián spends his time learning new skills, exploring machine learning, reading, tackling math problems, playing basketball, or hitting the gym. He values growth and strives to create impactful solutions through technology.

William is the Director of Sales at PitBullTax Software. William is from Tampa, Fl and he graduated from SPC with a degree in Business Administration. William is ambitious, charismatic, and attentive to the needs of others. William is very competitive and strives to be the best at everything he does.
